Orangetheory workout classes are the same across the country, so you'll feel comfortable attending any of the classes. The goal is to elevate your heart rate for 60 minutes with fun, high-energy, coach-led group workouts. There are 12 different stations to move through, and the benefits of this one-hour workout will continue to enhance your body for up to 36 hours afterward. This is exercise at its fullest, and it occurs every time you participate in a spectacular Orangetheory workout.
One of the features that make us so incredible is the experienced trainers who lead our classes. Your gym trainer will work right along with you to coach, encourage and challenge you like you were in a private workout. Your trainer can customize your workout to your individual fitness level while discussing your fitness goals and helping you attain them. This way, you get the most out of every workout.
Orangetheory workouts are designed for all ages and fitness levels, and it's a challenging hour. You won't be in competition with the others in the class, though. Instead, you'll advance at your own rate and modify the exercises to fit your shape and fitness goals.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
